We arrived to a overgrown ghost building. As soon as we walked in smells of must an urine an pet an smoking. I tried canceling an we could not stay do to us being elderly disabled an it was disgusting. We spoke with a manager at the Hampton Inn next door. We discovered that they are letting homeless addicts stay. We were very scarred an concerned for our health an safety. I called with the conformation number booking. Com gave me an the Cortina inn had no booking with that number. We then had to go back to the cortina inn an ask for a refund. The lady at the desk said she did have a booking for me an my name. I explained as nicely as I could that we could not stay. I had to ask numerous times for a number to contact someone. I wrote down the conformation number she had. Please help me I've never experienced this before. Ive used this sight before an have not encountered someone not understanding enough an return my money. This is horrible. Especially traveling an had expectations to relax be clean an comfy.

The bed was very comfortable.

It was quiet because I don’t think anyone was staying there nor was there any staff there.
